Track Freshdesk tickets using Yoke and always stay on top of your customer service

					        	The Yoke app allows you to add your Freshdesk tickets into Yoke for easier tracking and follow up.

Yoke.io uses Freshdesk APIs to report on key metrics such as the number of tickets assigned to you or watched by you.

Card Types
You can track the following measures for any mailbox in your Freshdesk account:

* New and open tickets
* Tickets you are watching
* New topics in a forum

Alerting logic
A machine learning algorithm figures out how often tickets are updated and alerts when a ticket has remained dormant for longer than usual.
					        	
							Simply log into or sign up for Yoke.

On the list of apps to connect with, choose Freshdesk

Now choose your account name and URL and authenticate

Yoke will start showing the Freshdesk tickets inside the Yoke screen
							

Log in to install app

Enter your helpdesk URL to proceed to login
