The TeamViewer app for your Freshdesk helps you provide remote assistance to your customers from within Freshdesk

					        	Installing the TeamViewer app for your Freshdesk has multiple benefits for your online helpdesk. Some of these benefits include:
- Provide remote assistance to your customers to solve complicated issues quickly
- Allowing agents to initiate a TeamViewer session directly from the ticket page with the click of a button
					        	
							1. Log in to your Freshdesk portal and head over to the Admin tab.
2. Goto Apps and click on "Get more Apps" to open up the App Gallery.
3. Once you choose TeamViewer, you will be redirected to the setup pane for the app.
4. Enter your TeamViewer API Key and you can begin using the app
