Magento App for Freshdesk lets you get details about your customer's purchase history and other info inside your helpdesk

					        	Magento app fetches your customer's order information in your ticket page from Magento to give a holistic view of your customer's purchase behavior.

By installing this app, you get the following benefits,
  1. A new Magento widget in your support ticket page.
  2. Access customer information easily from your Magento account - such as shipping addresses and order info - in your Freshdesk right next to their tickets. These details will be visible as part of the Ticket Details view.
  3. Access your customer's order details directly in Magento on clicking the order link in the widget.
					        	
							Pre-Requisites:

- This app needs you to have an admin account with Magento
- You should have created the integration tokens from this link http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.1//get-started/authentication/gs-authentication-token.html that gives you following details,
      Consumer key,
      Consumer Secret
      Access Token
      Access Token Secret
- You should have Customers created in your Magento app.
- Update the integration token details and App URL from on freshdesk while installing.
- If your  App URL looks like this "http://yoursitename/magento/index.php" then enter "http://yoursitename/magento" while installing, make sure you enter the entire string before "/index.php" from your URL.
