The Instagram app allows you to connect your Instagram account with Freshdesk to handle comments and replies without leaving Freshdesk. When a new Instagram post is published, the app automatically creates a Freshdesk ticket that collects all comments. You can then filter them by time/date or content, and reply right from the ticket. If needed, the agents can also create separate tickets from certain comments, assign them to different agents and let your team collaborate to deliver replies. The app automatically checks for updates and re-opens tickets when new comments are found on your Instagram posts, so you can be sure not to miss anything your customers and followers are writing.
