You don’t ask your customers who they are, when they are known in your iConneqt CRM-database. You want existing customer data synchronized with the Freshdesk database. This app gives you instant insight into:
    1. Customer Profile (data).
    2. The Webshop purchase history.
    3. Interest shown in the Email Campaigns.

							Enabling the iConneqt app for your Freshdesk is a simple process.
1. Go to the Helpdesk Productivity tab on your admin tab and click on the "Apps" icon
2. Find the iConneqt app and install.
3. Enter your iConneqt information and Freshdesk api-key
4. You are ready to go!
