					        	Hippo Video is an Online Video Platform to rapidly create video content. It is contextually integrated with Freshdesk to help support folks create videos for their work. They can create How-To videos, Product demo videos,  resolution videos for customer issues and Customer testimonial videos of Happy Customers. You can share the created videos as URL, embed in your knowledge base articles, send as email and share in social media.

							Visit the url at https://www.hippovideo.io/settings/integrations/freshdesk to Sign up. If you have already signed up with us, then Sign in and visit the above url or navigate to 'Settings > Integrations'.

Once you are inside the 'Settings > Integrations' module in Hippo Video, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Click on the 'Integrate' button on the Freshdesk card. This will open the 'Freshdesk Integration Wizard'.
Step 2: Copy the Hippo Video API Key and provide this API Key when you install the Hippo Video app to Freshdesk. For domain name give your Freshdesk domain.
Step 3: To add you Freshdesk Agents to Hippo Video - click the 'Next' button in the Integration wizard and follow the instructions given there.

Note: Tickets created via Facebook, Twitter and Mobihelp are not "Rich Text" enabled and video links have to be manually inserted.
