The Google Translate app for Freshdesk will let you offer contextual, multilingual support right from the comfort of your helpdesk.

Note: Google Translate will not function on your “Reports” tab. In this tab alone, content will be displayed in the default helpdesk language.

							Enabling the Google Translate app for your Freshdesk is a fairly simple process.
1.Head over to the Admin tab in your Freshdesk dashboard.
2.Under the Helpdesk Productivity tab, click on the “Apps” icon and goto the “Get more Apps” button on the right-hand side.
3.When you find Google Translate, simply click on the icon and hit install.
4.Google Translate will be enabled for your helpdesk now.
