Freshdesk - Trustpilot

Create Freshdesk tickets from Trustpilot reviews (product/Service) based on user ratings. Reply from Freshdesk is added as reply to review in Trustpilot. Any reply from reviewer is added as a reply in Freshdesk.

					        	Working of App :

1. User configures the app by entering Freshdesk API key, Subdomain, Trustpilot credentials etc. 
2. User sets time interval for fetching the reviews and enables the app. 
3. For every user defined time interval reviews are fetched and tickets are created.
4. Tickets are created based on user defined review ratings.
5. Every reply to the reviews in Trustpilot are added as a reply in Freshdesk under the same ticket.
6. User can reply to the reviews by adding a reply in Freshdesk.
					        	
							App Installation :

Follow these steps to install Youtube - Freshdesk:
1. Go to Admin → Apps → Get More Apps → Freshdesk - Trustpilot.
2. Click on Buy Now.
3. Once the installation is complete, goto  any ticket page.
4. Under Trustpilot App, Click on Enable App
