							1) Please log in as an account admin/admin into your Freshdesk account

2) Go to Admin Settings > Support Channels > Phone

3) Click on 'CREATE NEW ACCOUNT' option to add a new Freshcaller account to your existing Freshdesk account

4) Click on 'Manage settings in Freshcaller' to directly login to Freshcaller and set up your call center
