Installing the e-UUR Freshdesk integration will let your flexworkers ask questions directly in e-UUR. It will also give you the possibility to send your flexworkers straight from e-UUR to your Freshdesk knowledge base.

If your flexworkers click on the helpdesk button in e-UUR they will be automatic redirected with a Single Sign-On to your Freshdesk knowledge base.
