1-click feedback buttons that work right from inside Freshdesk tickets. Ratings and comments are posted right back into Freshdesk's conversations area too.

					        	1-click surveys customers love. Embed feedback icons, stars, smileys, anything, right into 
your Freshdesk tickets. Your customers simply click a button to rate your response or service. Their feedback is logged, and is all identifiable back to individual customers, so you can follow up to fix any issues.

							Plugging Customer Thermometer into Freshdesk is simple:

1. Grab a free Customer Thermometer account at https://www.customerthermometer.com/trial-account 

2. Head into "embedded thermometers" and fill in the fields. Be sure to choose "Freshdesk" from the dropdown menu. 

3. Once happy with your buttons and question, hit "generate embed code". Download the icons to your desktop and copy the image links. 

4. Head into Freshdesk's email template area.  Insert the images and attach the links. 

You're good to go! All clicks and comments will be registered in Customer Thermometer's dashboard and in Freshdesk's conversations and notes area.
