APIGUM

APIGUM is the preferred developer way for moving data between cloud based applications. Through APIGUM you will create triggers and actions and map those two together using JavaScript. All is web based no installation required.

					        	Recipe is a simple piece of code that helps one application map information into another application.  Developers can use JavaScript to modify recipes.

Sample Recipes:
- Creation of a new Contact at Freshdesk creates a new client at Toggl.
- Creation of a new Product at Freshdesk creates a new product at 2Checkout.
- Creation of a new Contact at Freshdesk creates a new client at Zoho Invoice. 
- Creation of a new Customer at Stripe creates a new Contact at Freshdesk.
- Creation of a new Client at BILLIVING creates a new Contact at Freshdesk.

Supported Triggers:
•	Triggers when a new contact is created
•	Triggers when a new ticket is created
•	Triggers when a new contact field is created
•	Triggers when a new ticket field is created
•	Triggers when a new company is created
•	Triggers when a new company field is created
•	Triggers when a new agent is created

							You can either copy an existing recipe from our Freshdesk gallery or create a new recipe. In both cases you’ll need your Freshdesk subdomain, username and password.

To create a new recipe follow these steps:
1. Log into your APIGUM account.
2. Click the ‘New Recipe’ menu item.
3. In ‘Trigger Setup’ select Freshdesk as your app.
4. Enter your Freshdesk credentials.
5. Select the appropriate trigger.
6. Continue to set up action with the desired app.
7. An editable JavaScript template should now appear. Click on the Freshdesk fields on the right hand side to copy them into your template.
8. When done click the ‘Save & Publish’ button.
