					        	The 3CX App is an able telephony tool that combines with Freshdesk to bring the power of online telephony with customer support

Using this app, you can

* Create a new contact if the inbound caller is not already in Freshdesk contacts
* Create a new ticket from the contact after calls ends
* Allow agent to take notes and add them to the ticket

Be more informed before taking customer calls
Save time spent in connecting call information to existing tickets
